TELFORD HOMES SITE MANAGER COMMENDED BY NHBC
Aqil Chaudry of Telford Homes was among the finalists commended by the NHBC Health and Safety Awards for his work on, and dedication to, the Bermondsey Works development in South London.
The NHBC Health and Safety Awards is the UK’s leading health and safety awards scheme exclusively for home builders. With the primary aim to recognise and reward the very best in health and safety, the awards also strive to support a wider push in safety standards across the industry by showcasing and sharing best practice.
Aqil was commended for his work as site manager at Bermondsey Works ensuring the development embodies the NHBC’s aim to recognise the best in contemporary city living with utmost quality and safety standards.
Located on Rotherhithe New Road, Telford Homes has recently launched Phase 2 of Bermondsey Works. The development comprises a range of 148, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, villas and penthouses, arranged across a striking 18-storey tower and contemporary lower rise 6-storey building, all located above a Primary School and Sixth Form Academy.

Phase 2 prices start from £507,500 with first completions expected from Summer 2017.
