City North shortlisted at RESI 2020

Telford Homes’ City North development has been shortlisted for the prestigious ‘Development of the Year’ award at the 2020 RESI awards.

 

The awards, run by leading property publication Property Week, are designed to recognise excellence in the residential property sector.  The prestigious Development of the Year category celebrates developments completed or substantially developed in 2019 that show true innovation, vision and boldness. Judges looked at everything from outstanding design and high-quality finish to commitment to sustainability and regeneration and a strong understanding of tenant requirements.

 

City North was shortlisted for its innovative interiors, designed with buyers in mind, as well as its sustainable design and commitment to supporting the local community – through the creation of 11,781 sq.m of commercial space housing retail and leisure businesses, anticipated to create up to 400 new jobs.

 

The winners will be announced in December 2020.
